Home Studio only uses Bass and Treble clefs. However, all you really need to do is tranpose the key for example: Home Studio defaults to concert key which is considered Key of C. Middle C in alto clef looks like a B, but up 11 semitones. So transpose +11. However, keep in mind you"ll have to put your own alto clef signs and re-write the key signature by hand (if other than C (no sharps or flats)). Tenor clef is similar except middle C in tenor clef looks like the D 14 semitones above the middle C in treble clef. That"s as much as I know and even that may be shakey. Notation programs like Sibelius and Finale probably can handle alternate clefs. Home Studio and Sonar only do a halfway decent job with treble and bass clef.
