Hey all, this might be much less complicated than I?m make it, however I require a full fuel device diagram or who to guide me step by step, the ahead owner gotten rid of all the lines and I?m guessing didn?t understand where lock went back to.. So, I?m trying to piece it back together....I require tank and also reserve sides
Easiest method to figure out which is main and also reserve is come look in the tank. If you deserve to see them, the much longer tube sticking up is the main, while the much shorter on the reserve. Both lines will run indigenous the tank to various sides the the closeup of the door off. Climate a heat from the ago of the shut off to the fuel pump and also from the fuel pump come the carb. If ns remember right. The optimal fitting on the pump is to the carb. Middle is for vacuum and the bottom native the close up door off.

Is her "99 sporty an HO model? If not it has actually the 34bst carb. On the fuel pump there s/b 3 lines. Top one is intake native tank. Middle one is calculation to carb (upper left side of carb -when facing forward top top quad) . Reduced one is pulse line to carbohydrate (goes to right upper next of carb). Both the fuel and pulser heat intakes top top carb are L shaped, don"t confuse them with the quick stubby straight tubes because that the float bowl breathing the goes in a clear pipe to left frame. The bigger 40bst carbohydrate on the HO models has the fuel entry on the top right and pulser line on upper left (both l shaped). Here is the 34bst, what ns think her quad has: https://www.partzilla.com/catalog/polaris/atv/1999/sportsman-500-a99ch50aa/carburetor-a99ch50ebDoes the help? :cowboy:

It supplies the 34bst, for this reason fuel in on upper left L and pulser heat on top right. Fuel pumps room the very same regardless. Luck.
