The Chinese armors pretty good too . That looks cool , functions well and also lets you sneak and also move rapid with close to the same effect as the brotherhood armor does . I found that armor at hoover dam in one of those towers and in a crate ... Had to steal it however nothing negative happened when I achieved it.
